If this is not a display of terrific customer service I don’t know what is. It may be just the single greatest act in pleasing a patron I’ve seen. I know it surely makes me what to use them if I get the opportunity to. Hats off to Novotel (an Accor Hotel) for going the extra distance to make sure their guests are taken care of. They should be the national hotel chain for rappers and rock bands.

I was curious about this place just because it seemed so awesome. So I gathered a little info on it. I’d certainly say that if you are in Amsterdam this would be one place to check out. Just in case anyone was wondering, this is the hotel:

Wow. Just wow. This is an amazing article if that is really the lost baggie returned or just a picture of the found baggie by the staff there. Still, I wonder if it was reported missing or some eagle eyed maid found it and brought it to the manager?
