The scheduling issue makes this a "fantasy" will-they-build it object. Flirting with the counter staff is not a status quo operation. I move to strike this submission since it does not really stand as an "off the menu” combo – its more like a "timing-must be perfect-to-get-between-otherwise-exclusive-menus".
