The rodeo was something we made from leftovers at closing (which is not allowed) but submitted with full procedures and service levels as an idea to the higher ups and had published in the newsletter. We also made leftover chicken tender sandwiches, I don't know if that got submitted later but I noticed that it eventually came out for a short while too. I'd substitute a 4-piece chicken tender for the second patty. Then you have a Farm Show Cheeseburger.
