Harry could stop Cullen from reading his mind by using Occlumency, and for super human strength, Harry could use Accio, Depuso, and Wingardium Leviosa for pushing, pulling, and lifting items. For the speed, Impendimenta would slow down Cullen. And I bet the Firebolt is better than Cullen's speed anyway! Potter would win. He's got more weapons, spells, and magic.
