Check out this insane loony bird in action. First off, his BASE jumping is crazy enough as it is alone. But then then 5-0 shows and tells him that he can’t just be jumping off bridges. So what does Mr. Wiseman do? He proceeds to go ahead with his plan right in the face of the law. Some people just don’t give a damn….but maybe that’s a good thing.
