I think more restaurants should have policies like this. Sure you want your food the way you want it, but really you’re coming to them…and they’re making you their dish and delivering deliciousness to your mouth. You should be more than grateful for how they choose to make it. The cook/chef has designed the meal in the manner that they feel tastes best (we should hope at least).
I think customers have gotten too accustomed to ordering something so specific..like a Iced Venti Decaf Sugar-Free Vanilla Breve Latte from Starbucks. Sure it’s all good and well that that is what you want, but when ordering a hamburger and having to take off the pickles…is that really so hard to do yourself? Rather than waste the time of the waitress, cook, etc. Man up people, and heed this sign.
