Man alive! This would make me cry and crap myself too. I am under the opinion that we should not keep wild beasts all cooped up and here is reason (sort of) why. People get all crazy when someone gets attacked but woudn’t you be trying anything and everything to get out of there if you were this Mufasa look-a-like?

This is just batshit insane. Check out this accident that occurred in China. The motorcyclist collides with the back half of the truck, does a complete flip, lands on his feet and manages to stay up….and is completely fine afterward. WTF!?! Dude may just be the next Jackie Chan (he’s getting kind of old now).

At the time, the steering wheel suddenly jerked out of my hands, and I thought that he must have died. He asked for 200 yuan off me, he told me to compensate him 200 yuan. I said ‘did you hit me or did I hit you?’ I said this surveillance camera here filmed it.

Damn! Fortunately this could have been a whole lot worse than it was. What I mean is that the guys life was spared and in the whole scheme of things only a truck was ruined…but damn, that was close.

For the looks of it all, seems like if the second guy hadn’t starting talking to him it would have been lights out for a good ol’ mechanic there.

If you’re unfamiliar with parkour…it’s all that jumping and climbing that people do without ropes and such. Pretty much what Jackie Chan got famous for but on a higher level even. Well this is a pretty cool little video of a hand-drawn stop motion parkour guy.

Jeremy Messsersmith wrote a song about Star Wars and created an accompanying music video animated with paper versions of all the familiar characters.

As a creative person, I understand that it’s hard to let go sometimes. God help me if I ever get to the point where I have the time and money to keep re-recording new versions of old songs instead of writing new ones!

Unfortunately, George Lucas (in a fate worse than Darth Vader’s) is in the horrible place of having had all of his dreams come true. Now he has total creative control of whatever he wants to do, hence Star Wars in 3D.

Anyway, I’ve got a song called Tatooine with a new music video directed by Eric Power over at ericpowerup.net. We are both OT (that’s original trilogy) fanboys so I made a lo-fi song and he made a very 2D music video. You can download the song for whatever you want over at my bandcamp page.

Oh, and the video is animated with PAPER. The entire Star Wars trilogy in 2 minutes animated with PAPER.

Enjoy, at least until the cease and desist letter from Lucasfilm shows up (which I will promptly frame next to my family photos).

This is not an ad for the iPhone. This is an ad for AXA, a Belgium insurance company. It has to be one of the coolest ads I’ve seen in a long long time. It’s creative things like this that really make me remember a company and their products. What a great idea and amazing implementation of new technology. I’m sure we’ll be seeing a whole lot more ads like this in the near future.

This may have to be the best answer in Family Feud history. I personally think she should get 100 points for it alone. Unfortunately I can’t find more from this episode and I don’t know how it ended but in my book she is the ultimate winner. How many different hosts has Family Feud had now? (6 is the actual answer) And since when has it been Steve Harvey? I think he’s funny and all (especially in Kings of Comedy) but I miss Al!

UPDATE: Just checked into it…seems Steve started hosting it this month. If this is any indication, maybe the show will be pretty interesting. I know it got my attention.

If you’re going to mess with a muppet you’d better not mess with Elmo. This dust-up between the suspect and the man dressed as the beloved Sesame Street character occurred Saturday afternoon in a guitar store in the city of Winter Park, CO. The suspect came into the store and began assaulting customers, including the man in the red furry suit. Looks like you shouldn’t be tickling this Elmo.
