People. The greatest idea, a huge pile of money, and all of the right situations within a startup can equate to failure without the right “human capital” running and applying a startup’s concepts and initiatives.
Who are the people that make up a startup? What is the proper mix? Too often, startups work with a lot of chiefs and not a lot of indians. This is a mistake, of course, but having the wrong idea people can be just as devastating.
