Got a roommate that won’t pick up after themselves? I have two. Many of life’s problems could potentially be solved with the creative use of demotivational posters in real life, like this one. Now I’ve just gotta think of nasty ones to leave for these guys.

  1. bdunn says:

only "themselves" not them selfs. good strategy though.

  2. Steve says:

Yeah. I wouldn't do the dishes until he or she fixed the grammar.

  3. Kih says:

Haha! You can't even spell right xD selfs should be SELVES

  4. katie says:

it's supposed to be "selfs", dumbasses.

  5. Ganon says:

No Katie, it's definitely "themselves." Check a dictionary sometime. You obviously have the Internet, so go ahead and look it up.

  6. Cambruzzi says:

How depressing. I need to put one of those frames on my alarm clock.

Hiiiii!I was surfing different web log when some user there say a weird comment about this website. So I decided to find it out. I dont find any out-of-the-way with this post or with this site for that matter. Frankly speaking I think you made a superb job with this place and this website.

  8. BoagriusMeat says:

Actually, no, they don't…. my response to that would be: "No, they don't, you do." (cuz, your the uptight bitchy type A roommate that everyone hates and you get sick of looking at one freakin glass in the sink so you do it yourself, and your roommate KNOWS this, dumbass)

  9. mrmagoo says:

sure they do something called a Dishwasher

  10. Adam says:

No, it is supposed to be “selfs”.

Obviously, “selfs” is grammatically incorrect, but it goes along with traditionally hilarious internet jargon/lingo. Such as: “LOLZ” or “Kitteh” or “d00d, n00b, pwnd, etc.” It’s supposed to be wrong because it’s funny.

  11. Dino says:

    You fucking grammar nazi.

I don't come 2 the internete expecting everyone to type CORRECT. You don't have to && people make mistakes. Jeez.

    ANywAYZ,

    Nice Idea!

  12. Bob Bobson says:

The next ed-motivational poster should read “Grammer: It’s Not Just for Frasier”—or something like that.

  13. Bob Bobson says:

That was supposed to say “de-motivational”, but Chromium’s (often irritating) auto-spell-correction changed it. So, to the douches who nag about not expecting people on the Internet to spell well, that’s why your browser has spell-checking and -correcting functions, so that you can continue to be lazy and illiterate, but appear not to be.

    Hi Evol Jess,

This medium(e-mail, digital text)requires succint expression so I`ll be short and sweet.

I love the idea of `demotivational`posters . It`s new to me . Yours is witty .

I don`t know how many compositions or visual arrangements you`ve tried , so I have suggestions:

    - more dirty, very dirty, dishes within the frame.

    - a contrast between clean and dirty within or without the frame.

    - an empty cupboard, or one full of dirty dishes.

You seem to be a young(from the contrejour photo) college student or one starting your working life. Maybe a montage of your roommate trying to impress a parent or potential friend, lover, .. at a filthy-dished table.

If your problem is already solved, GREAT.

Otherwise, let it motivate your photography and/or management skills but don`t let it repress your brilliance.

    Marcel

    p.s.

Grammarians: wile eye stair at my naval, no won`s watching the ditches .

  15. I completely agree with what you have said. In fact, I browsed through your other posts and I do believe that you are absolutely right. Congrats with this site.
