A lot of other countries attempt to emulate the American culture. It can often times be quite sad and frightening….like when you see KFCs and McDonald’s popping up all over Brazil (and increasing their average waistline at the same time) or when you see Ethiopian teenagers rocking out to Brittney Spears and Christina Aguielera circa 1999.

There are however great examples of people grabbing a much better time period to delve into…take for instance the British/American punk scene…these Japanese dudes have embraced everything about it and are rockin’ away.
