40 years after he threw his drugs in the stash box they’ve been uncovered. Fans of the Beatles were searching around the grounds of Lennon’s Surrey, England home when they discovered a few large glass bottles. Within the broken bottles was John’s secret LSD stash.
There has been legend circulating since 1967 that there were drugs buried in the garden from when the Beatles stated they were giving up drugs in favor of transcendental meditation. Also part of the lore is that Lennon at one point got a hankering again and attempted to unearth the hallucinogens to no avail.
I’m not sure how 40 years would affect the usage of LSD but I doubt if anyone will find out. That would probably make for one bad trip.
