Although sexual assault is no laughing matter…this PSA in a college paper is pretty amusing. I’m sure the technique is effective but it would be pretty hard to execute on command. I guess if you have the skill (talent?) then this would be one of the better times to use it. I’m not sure when else it would really come in handy. The sad thing is that the girls who do have this “ability” would be the be the bulimics that might be doing it because they crave attention in the first place.
