There are update-everything-everywhere-Facebook-users. There are tweet-as-much-boring-bs-as-possible-Twitter-users. There’s the good ol’ sound-as-dumb-and-bigoted-as-possible-Youtube-users. All of them are annoying. None of them compare to the avid Tumblr user.
To be good at Tumblr, one only needs to have an eye for content and the willingness to be interesting. To be a great Tumblr user requires much more – equipment, attitude, and a willingness to impose upon anyone and anything. It’s a tough call; heavy Facebook status updaters can be pretty darn annoying, but they usually only need a phone to do damage.
